Day 1: Total Body HIIT
- Begin with a 5-minute dynamic warm-up (e.g., jogging in place, arm swings).
- Perform 4 rounds of the following bodyweight exercises:
- Jump squats: 15 reps
- Push-ups: 12 reps
- Alternating forward lunges: 10 reps per leg
- Plank with shoulder taps: Hold for 30 seconds
- Rest for 1 minute between rounds.
