  • Perform 4 rounds of the following bodyweight exercises:

  2. Push-ups: 12 reps
  3. Alternating forward lunges: 10 reps per leg
  4. Plank with shoulder taps: Hold for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 1 minute between rounds.
