Your Perfect Health: It’s Closer Than You Think
We often chase after “perfect health” like it’s some faraway prize we might one day achieve. We diet, we exercise, we take supplements, all in the hopes of reaching this ideal state. But what if I told you that you are perfectly healthy right now, exactly as you are?
This might sound strange, especially if you’re dealing with a cold, a chronic illness, or even just everyday aches and pains. But think about it this way: your body has an incredible built-in guidance system. This system is always working to keep you in balance, to let you know when something isn’t quite right.
So, when you get sick, whether it’s a minor sniffle or something more serious, it’s actually a sign that this amazing guidance system is doing its job! It’s alerting you that something in your life – most often your thoughts – is out of alignment with your true self.
Two Sides of Health
Think of health in two ways. First, there’s the constant, unwavering perfect health of your inner guidance system. This is always there, always working, and you can’t change it. It’s the part of you that knows what’s truly best for you.
Second, there’s the way you physically feel. Do you feel energetic and vibrant, or tired and unwell? This physical feeling is a direct reflection of your thoughts and how aligned they are with who you truly are.
Your Thoughts Create Your Reality
For the most part, any physical discomfort you experience is a result of thoughts that are not in harmony with your inner being. Think of it like this: if the way you see the world clashes with how the world truly operates from your soul’s perspective, this disharmony starts to show up in your physical body.
It doesn’t happen overnight. First, you might have a negative thought. If you ignore it, you might start to feel emotionally bad. If you still don’t address the underlying thought, it can eventually manifest as a physical ailment.
Now, there can be rare exceptions. Sometimes, on a soul level, we might choose to experience certain challenges or disabilities to learn specific lessons we wouldn’t otherwise encounter.
The Amazing Power to Heal
From my personal experience and viewpoint, every physical ailment is reversible. Every discomfort can be healed. As long as you are alive and conscious, there is always the possibility of shifting back into alignment.
Our higher self, that inner guidance, keeps sending us signals through our physical experiences. It’s letting us know if we’re living in a way that honors our true selves.
However, if we consistently ignore these signals, if we become too rigid in our thinking and refuse to see things differently, there might come a point where our higher self recognizes that this particular way of being is no longer serving our growth.
Death as a Shift
Even death, in a way, can be seen as a sign that we have either reached a point of extreme resistance to change or that we have fully explored what this particular lifetime has to offer. It’s a moment when our consciousness decides to move on to new experiences.
You Are Already Perfectly Healthy
The key takeaway here is that you are fundamentally healthy right now. Your body’s signals, even the uncomfortable ones, are a testament to this inherent health. By paying attention to your thoughts and striving to live in alignment with your true self, you can move towards feeling more vibrant and alive.
