Navigating Through Life’s Fog: A Guide to Alignment and Purpose
As we journey through life, there are moments we might feel lost, obscured by the metaphorical fog that blinds us. The key to finding our way, even amidst this blinding mist, lies in vibrational alignment with our higher self.
Bentinho’s teachings often emphasize the power of alignment and purpose. He suggests that our frustrations arise not from external circumstances but from our own state of being. When we find ourselves waiting, it’s because we are not aligned with our true essence. Our higher self, the truest part of us, encourages action, focus, and creation without the constraints of circumstances. After all, circumstances are but smokes and mirrors, mere reflections of our internal state.
In our journey, we might feel shackled by addictions, patterns, or habits. But, as Ben points out, these aren’t external entities holding power over us. They’re manifestations of our choices, driven by underlying beliefs we hold. These beliefs might not always serve our best interest. Thus, understanding and realigning these beliefs become essential. When we identify a limiting belief, it’s an invitation to reflect, appreciate its past service, and then lovingly release it.
Imagine a senior employee in a company. He’s been loyal, but the company has evolved, and his methods are no longer the most effective. Instead of abrupt dismissal, the CEO throws a grand farewell party, showing gratitude for the employee’s years of service. Similarly, we should treat our limiting beliefs. Recognize them, appreciate them, then gracefully let them go, replacing them with beliefs that serve our current path and vision.
As we elevate our frequency, coming closer to our higher self’s resonance, we’ll often notice discordant beliefs. They’ll stand out, demanding attention. Addressing them with love, understanding, and patience is the key.
Remember, in all of this, you have the power of choice. It’s about recognizing our inherent infinite nature, being in the moment, and constantly aligning with our higher self. This alignment helps us see beyond the fog, illuminating our path with clarity.
To aid in this journey, consider this verse from the Bible: “For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.” – 1 Corinthians 13:12. This verse reminds us that while we might not see the full picture now, with alignment and clarity, all will be revealed.
